“To me, fitness is not just about changing the way you look, but enhancing all aspects of your physical and mental health to help you get more out of life. Good health is something we shouldn’t take for granted, but something we should work on maintaining well into our later years.
I was inspired by my PT 12 years ago to complete my certification and begin passing on the benefits to others that I gained from having a PT.
The confidence I gained in the gym and the strength I achieved were just the beginning of my fitness journey, and I want to help others achieve the same results.
